AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management for a enterprise Salesforce environment.

You will build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintain Aura and Visualforce components, and build integrations with third-party systems including telephony/CTI via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Lightning development, with strong hands-on LWC experience. SOQL and SOSL.
• Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.
• Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.
• Experience maintaining or enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with LWC as the primary development framework, and maintain existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations.
