AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions for an enterprise environment. This role focuses on Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management within a scalable Salesforce environment.

You will build applications with Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintain Aura/Visualforce components, and integrate with third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with LWC as the primary development framework, and maintain existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations.
