AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing and presence management for an enterprise Salesforce environment. You will build scalable apps using Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintain Aura and Visualforce components, and integrate with third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex and triggers, controllers, and tests.
• Hands-on Lightning development with LWC; SOQL/SOSL proficiency.
• Experience building Service Cloud solutions and Omni-Channel.
• REST-based integrations and CI/CD in Salesforce.
• Experience with Aura/Visualforce and deployment tooling.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades
