AgileEngine seeks a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity and presence management. You will build scalable apps with Apex and Lightning, focusing on LWC, while maintaining existing Aura/Visualforce components and integrating with external systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

Work in a US Central Time environment with hands-on CI/CD, deployment processes, and strong Service Cloud & LWC expertise to deliver

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex with triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Lightning development with LWC; SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience in Service Cloud and Omni-Channel functionality.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST.
• Experience with Aura/Visualforce components.
• Hands-on Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment and migration processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing and presence management.
• Build scalable apps using Apex and Lightning, primarily LWC, while maintaining Aura/Visualforce as needed.
