AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions in a global enterprise environment. You will implement Omni-Channel routing, capacity and presence management, using Apex and Lightning Web Components, while maintaining Aura/Visualforce components and integrating with telephony/CTI and external SaaS apps via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

Formación
- 4+ years of experience building Salesforce business applications.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
- Expertise with LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with REST-based services.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management.
- Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks with LWC as the primary framework.
- Maintain Aura and Visualforce components and build integrations with third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
