Job summary

Improvado is seeking a RevOps Lead to own revenue measurement across the Salesforce and GTM stack. You will drive ARR, bookings, and invoicing alignment, while collaborating with analytics to shape leadership-facing reports.

You will implement data quality controls, manage licenses, and partner with Finance on billing accuracy. You’ll work with AI agents for data tasks, automate workflows, and standardize metrics.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org
• Strong SQL and comfort with a modeled data warehouse
• Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals
• Fluent English and ability to provide clear written updates

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access
• Keep CRM data clean with guardrails and manage licences
• Maintain Salesforce SOPs and train new hires
• Own ARR and bookings logic across contracts, invoicing, renewals
• Run closed-deals and billing check with Finance
• Audit invoices, track unpaid ones, and prepare commission reports
• Own quarterly sales analytics pack, the CRO report, the forecast
• Track funnel conversion and attribution with Marketing
• Query ClickHouse daily and document metric definitions
• Build leadership dashboards and provide actionable insights
• Use AI agents for queries and automation and verify output
• Be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product
