AgileEngine in Bogotá seeks a Senior Analyst to drive data-driven decisions for subscriptions and promotions. You will build Snowflake tables, create Tableau dashboards, and deliver reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

A strong background in SQL, Python, and statistics, plus fluent English, will help you thrive in our fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with US East Coast overlap.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership for the Senior Analyst level.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal) is required.
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and Python.
• Proficiency in SQL with CTEs, window functions, and date/time functions.
• Tableau for building and maintaining dashboards.
• Familiarity with data models, transforming raw data, and loading large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive priorities to completion.
• Overlap with US Eastern Time hours (approx. 10 AM – 4 PM ET).

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscriptions and promotions via large database queries.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports, performing variance analysis and explaining anomalies.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards summarizing metrics for decision-making by stakeholders.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and impact of promotions.
• Support revenue management by modeling discounts and analyzing retention and LTV.
• Ensure data accuracy with quality control processes and anomaly resolution.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from multiple teams in a timely, accurate manner.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data.
