AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business. This person builds Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports that turn complex data into clear insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

SQL, Python, and strong analytical judgment are central here. You will develop analytical and reporting tables, produce monthly financial reports with variance analysis, and build Tableau

Formación

• 4+ years of independent analytics work with project ownership.
• Business-level English, written and spoken.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, Python proficiency.
• Proven SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, date/time.
• Experience building Tableau dashboards for stakeholders.
• Knowledge of statistics and ML basics; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting tables for subscription and promo tracking.
• Produce monthly financial reports with variance analysis.
• Build Tableau dashboards for Finance, Marketing, Product teams.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promotions.
• Model discount strategies and analyze retention and LTV.
• Ensure data accuracy and monitor quality control processes.
• Handle ad hoc requests from multiple departments with speed.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data.
