3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Colombia for a remote role. You will analyze large datasets, build complex SQL queries, and work with Snowflake to transform data.

You will craft dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions. You will leverage AI/ML tools to identify trends, ensure data quality, and communicate insights clearly.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and data transformations.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Strong experience with pivot tables and data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving data quality and integrity issues.
• Knowledge of AI or machine learning tools for large-scale data analysis.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
