Jeeves in Bogotá is seeking a data-driven RevOps analyst to connect sales activity to revenue outcomes, build Tableau dashboards, and ensure data integrity across HubSpot, Tableau, and financial systems. You’ll partner with GTM leadership and the Head of Revenue Operations in a fast-paced, AI-driven growth environment.

The role demands hands-on Tableau, SQL, Excel/Sheets, and multi-region forecasting experience, with English fluency and a bias for action in a high-velocity fintech setting.

Formación

• 2-4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM-adjacent role.
• Hands-on Tableau experience with dashboards you’ve built from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with CRM data (HubSpot preferred) and connecting to reporting.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
• Exposure to multi-currency and multi-region revenue reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards tracking performance across partnerships and growth programs.
• Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment.
• Provide interpretation and recommendations, not just charts.
• Support quarterly and annual GTM reviews with cohort analyses and benchmarks.
• Contribute to capacity planning, quota setting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure data quality across revenue stack and unify disparate data sources.
