AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports that turn complex data into clear insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

SQL, Python, and strong analytical judgment are central to the role, with collaboration across the Insights & Analytics group to understand customer behavior and the impact of promotions.

Formación

• 4+ years of independent project ownership required for Senior Analyst.
• Fluent business English, written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel and Python.
• Experience with CTEs, window functions, and date/time functions is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscription and promo performance.
• Produce monthly financial reports with variance analysis and explain anomalies.
• Build Tableau dashboards for stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, and Product.
• Analyze customer behavior and effects of promotional offers to inform strategy.
• Model discount strategies and analyze subscriber retention and LTV.
• Ensure data quality and monitoring, resolve data anomalies.
• Handle ad hoc requests from Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Product, etc.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data.
