AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports that turn complex data into clear insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams using SQL, Python, and strong analytical judgment.

You will develop and maintain monthly financial reports, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights while collaborating with the Insights & Analytics team to understand

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal).
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and Python.
• Proficient SQL with CTEs, window functions, and date/time functions.
• Tableau to build and maintain dashboards.
• Familiarity with database models and large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow efficiency and data accuracy risks.
• Strong communication skills for explaining business implications.
• Thrives in small fast-paced environments with accountability and independent prioritization.
• Must overlap with US Eastern Time hours (10 AM – 4 PM ET).

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables for subscription and promotions performance tracking.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports with variance analysis.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards for stakeholders.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Model discount strategies and analyze subscriber retention and LTV for revenue decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy via quality control processes and anomaly resolution.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from multiple teams in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data for holistic insights.
