Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant in Bogota to manage Ethoca’s billing, revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP, and monthly close.

This role reports to the Manager, Accounting and supports internal sales and business units with financial data and reconciliations. You will lead monthly revenue accruals, journal entries in Netsuite, balance sheet reconciliations, and SOX control implementation, while collaborating with Salesforce/Oracle users and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting procedures.
• Experience with Netsuite and Oracle is preferred.
• Prior work experience in revenue accounting and billing processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare revenue accrual and revenue true up files monthly.
• Prepare monthly journal entries in Netsuite and post entries per U.S. GAAP.
• Manage monthly billing cycle for issuers and merchants.
• Prepare monthly sales tax reports and other ad-hoc management reports.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations; assist in audits.
