Mastercard Inc. seeks a Director of Accounting to lead the TECH Controllership function, ensuring integrity of financial statements and strong internal controls. You will liaise with Corporate Controllership, SOX, Internal Audit, Tax, Legal and Shared Services.

The role focuses on close processes, policy maintenance, and driving automation. A leadership mindset and ability to manage a global, matrixed team are essential.

Formación

• Accounting knowledge with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience in global organizations and/or Big 4.
• Strong communication and data analytics skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Collaborate with regional controllers on global initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation.
• Develop and manage a high-performing Controllership team.
