Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 2 years minimum experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Experience in financial report preparation is required.

Responsabilidades

• Computing, classifying, and recording client financial transactions.
• Performing routine financial calculations and reconciliations.
• Developing strong client relationships and becoming a reliable point of contact.

Conocimientos

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Experience using QuickBooks Online

Customer service experience

Financial report preparation

Payroll Tax Forms 940 and 941 preparation

High level of proficiency in MS Office

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills
