You will translate complex business needs into precise specifications and manage the product backlog for multiple enterprise clients. The role emphasizes Agile/Scrum delivery, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to work in AI-assisted development environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects for web-based software, APIs, and real-time systems.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise specifications for business and tech audiences.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the loyalty platform.
• Translate complex requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications as the source of truth for automated/AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog: dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to address challenges and keep development on track.
• Provide visibility into progress across releases and milestones.
• Articulate vision and gain buy-in from business and technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Own and evolve the business logic governing the platform domains.
