AgileEngine is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and platform rules that drive loyalty outcomes for enterprise clients.

The role requires 4+ years in a Product Owner/BA/PM role, deep Agile/Scrum delivery experience with web-based software, APIs, batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems, plus strong ability to translate complex requirements into precise specs in English.

Formación

• 4+ years in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
• Exceptional ability to translate concepts into precise specifications with a strong technical foundation.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the loyalty platform.
• Translate complex requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated/AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and objectives.
• Identify and address challenges during the development lifecycle with cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide mechanisms to track progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision and gain buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels.
• Own and evolve the business logic governing your domains.
