AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and specifications behind it.

You will translate complex requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows, ensuring maximal reusability across clients and verticals.

Responsibilities include backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and driving clear, business-focused decisions that shape product outcomes.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects with web-based software, API and batch integrations, real-time event-driven systems.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex business logic into precise, written specifications with a strong technical foundation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the loyalty platform, owning the business logic and platform rules driving outcomes for enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated/AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address challenges during the product development lifecycle and collaborate with teams to keep development on track.
• Provide mechanisms to view and track team and product work progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision and buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels of the organization.
• Own and evolve the business logic governing your domains, influencing technical and business decisions.
