AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and specifications behind it.

You will translate complex requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications that guide automated and AI-assisted development workflows across multiple enterprise clients. The role requires strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner/Business Analyst/PM or similar role.
• Experience delivering Agile/Scrum projects with web/API/batch integrations and AI-assisted SDLC environments.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise written specifications for tech and business audiences.
• Upper-intermediate English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the loyalty platform, owning business logic and platform rules.
• Translate complex requirements into precise specifications for automated/AI-driven development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Address challenges during the product development lifecycle and coordinate with team members to keep development on track.
• Provide visibility into progress across releases and major milestones for stakeholders.
• Share vision and secure buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels.
• Evolve the domain business logic and influence platform decisions.
