AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company, is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform. You will own the business logic and specifications behind it, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable plans for AI-assisted development.

You will manage the backlog, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery across enterprise client projects. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience delivering Agile/Scrum projects with web-based software, API and batch integrations, real-time event-driven systems.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise specifications.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the enterprise loyalty platform.
• Translate complex requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address challenges that arise during the product development lifecycle, collaborating with team members to find solutions.
• Provide mechanisms for teams and stakeholders to view and track work across releases and milestones.
• Share vision and buy-in from business and technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Own and evolve the business logic governing the platform to influence decisions.
