Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management for Network Products in LAC. You will lead regional ownership, translate global direction into regional priorities, and drive adoption and revenue growth across mature Network Products such as Cloud Edge and Clearing solutions.

You will collaborate with regional market teams, Global Product, Technology, and Sales to align roadmaps, manage product performance, and deliver strong customer support.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, sales or technology in the payments industry.
• Experience across multiple LATAM markets or similar regional exposure.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a product portfolio across its lifecycle.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with ability to tie customer needs to outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead multiple workstreams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional product management agenda for an assigned portfolio of established Network Products.
• Set portfolio priorities, plans, adoption targets, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by identifying customer opportunities and partnering with account teams on value propositions and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as the primary regional point of contact for market teams and Global Product, aligning regional requirements and roadmaps.
• Guide customer engagements and implementations with delivery and technical teams, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Lead regional execution of product enhancements and pricing changes, including stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor portfolio performance through adoption and revenue, translating insights into actions and executive updates.
• Support introduction of enhancements and new Network Products through market prioritization and go-to-market planning.
