Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Product Manager to translate strategy into detailed requirements and drive the execution of key product features in the loyalty and payments space. You will own BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work closely with Technology across Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment from design to release.

The role requires 5+ years in product management or related fields, with a strong background in loyalty systems and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Product Ownership.
• Experience in loyalty, rewards, payments, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, including earn, redemption, offers, points, and program rules.
• Knowledge of payment processing, issuer systems, transaction flows, authorization, and settlement.
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical aptitude working with APIs, integrations, and system design.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Own documentation and execution support for assigned product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Technology teams during Agile ceremonies to align requirements with implementation.
• Support QA, UAT, integration, and release validation activities to ensure delivery quality and business alignment.
