Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Ability to discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Strong ownership, accountability and independence, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers, and help resolve delivery challenges.
