Job summary

Coforge in Colombia is seeking a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for remote delivery.

You will collaborate with technology teams in Agile ceremonies, support QA/UAT, and drive loyalty, rewards, payments initiatives, API integrations, and system design to ensure delivery quality and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Product Ownership.
• Experience in loyalty, rewards, payments, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, including earn, redemption, offers, points, and program rules.
• Knowledge of payment processing, issuer systems, transaction flows, authorization, and settlement.
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical aptitude working with APIs, integrations, and system design.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Own documentation and execution support for assigned product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Technology teams during Agile ceremonies to align requirements with implementation.
• Support QA, UAT, integration, and release validation activities to ensure delivery quality and business alignment.
