Félix is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Geo to own end-to-end growth across Latin American markets. You will design and launch market-entry initiatives, shape product strategy, and balance local nuances with global scalability to move fast across diverse LatAm regions.

You will lead cross-functional squads, own funnels and KPI metrics, run experiments, and mentor teammates. Fluency in English and fintech domain knowledge are highly valued as we expand from remittances toward credit,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Strategy and Roadmapping.
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills.
• Experience with market research and understanding local nuances.

Responsibilities

• New Market Roadmap: Propose, drive, and maintain the product roadmap for emerging markets.
• Squad Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (Eng, Design, Data) to ship features with urgency.
• KPI Ownership: Own funnels and North Star metrics in assigned markets (CVR, MAU, Retention).
• Strategic Alignment: Align with regional stakeholders and leadership on priorities and resources.
• Data-Driven Experimentation: Run experiments, analyze results, iterate based on market data.
• Cultural Mentorship: Share best practices for local optimization and LatAm user bases.
