Addi is transforming Colombia’s fintech landscape with an AI-powered conversational assistant named Addri. This role focuses on scaling the assistant from a prototype to the primary in-app interface used for shopping, managing credit, payments, and issue resolution.

Formación

• Experience shipping customer-facing LLM products beyond demos and managing end-to-end conversational flows.
• Proven ability to scale early-stage products and iterate post-launch.
• Experience establishing evaluation frameworks (test sets, AI judge, human review) with clear thresholds.

Responsabilidades

• Launch In-App and raise quality to improve AI resolution rates and CSAT while reducing support tickets.
• Lead conversational shopping features to boost task completion and conversion with honest recommendations.
• Deploy credit/balance/payment flows with high accuracy and strict escalation guardrails.
• Build robust test sets, LLM-judge frameworks, and pre-launch quality gates.
• Define grounding data sources and compliance protocols with Risk, Data, and Legal.
• Deliver a business case quantifying cost savings and conversion impact for investment decisions.
