Formación

• 3 years of experience in Product Management roles.
• 3 years of experience working with Contact Centers/Sales teams.
• Direct experience working with AI Agents is a plus.

• Prioritizing initiatives using well-defined criteria for impact.
• Collaborating with Tech to design AI-powered solutions.
