What You’ll Do:
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
  • Partner with architects and leadership to define architectural direction and design scalable, modern enterprise applications.
  • Contribute to the organization’s technology roadmap by identifying emerging business and technical needs and recommending new technologies or architecture improvements.
Technical Leadership
  • Lead cross-team technical initiatives, including multi-team projects and platform-level enhancements spanning multiple services, domains, or products.
  • Define and govern engineering standards across teams, including coding, testing, deployment, and documentation practices.
  • Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders, promoting knowledge sharing, technical depth, accountability, and career growth.
  • Guide cloud and deployment strategies, including infrastructure architecture, security, and automation using AWS and Azure DevOps.
  • Design and enforce standards for high availability, disaster recovery, observability, and incident response readiness.
  • Drive robust deployment pipelines, release strategies, and developer workflows.
Stakeholder Alignment & Strategic Communication
  • Partner with Product, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to translate strategic business needs into scalable architectural solutions.
  • Communicate architectural trade-offs, technical risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Help shape engineering priorities and facilitate alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in relevant IT/software engineering roles.
  • Strong experience providing technical leadership across multiple engineering teams or complex enterprise environments.
Enterprise-Level Technical Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise systems architecture, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture patterns.
  • Advanced full-stack development expertise, including React.js, .NET/C#, and application development across web and Windows platforms.
  • Strong database expertise in data modeling, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning using SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS Cloud Architecture, including ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM policies, and cloud cost optimization.
  • Proven experience designing robust CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, release processes, and developer workflows using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
Engineering Governance, Security & Compliance
  • Ability to define and enforce enterprise-wide coding, testing, and operational standards.
  • Experience designing systems with security, data privacy, compliance, and auditability in mind.
  • Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, establish technical direction, influence across teams, and resolve competing priorities.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching senior engineers and technical leads.
  • Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive audiences and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
Nice to Have:
  • AI-Assisted Development: Professional experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor, or familiarity with spec-driven development practices.
  • Domain Experience: Background in BPO, contact center technology, HR/workforce systems, or other high-volume operational platforms.
  • Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional, or equivalent cloud certifications.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a computer-related discipline required.

If you’re ready to influence enterprise technology strategy, lead complex engineering initiatives, and help shape the future of scalable software platforms, we’d love to hear from you!
