Coupa seeks an experienced Principal Product Manager for Customer Success & AI-driven automation. You will own the autonomous agentic portfolio, aligning CSO leadership with AI Platform and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, trusted workflows that boost retention and efficiency.

You will shape the long-term AI roadmap, manage cross-functional intake, and deliver data-driven insights while balancing governance and program execution across global operations.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management or enterprise program management experience in SaaS.
• Experience shipping software in Customer Success or Service Cloud ecosystems.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Customer Success & Support AI portfolio to drive retention and efficiency.
• Translate cross-functional requirements into product requirements for AI Platform and Engineering teams.
• Own the AI backlog and drive governance, architecture, and rollout.
• Partner with leaders to align with data strategy and roadmap.
