Auxis in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an entry-level Product Manager 1 to independently execute defined product workstreams for internal platforms. You will partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and operations to translate business needs into delivery-ready requirements and guide work from discovery through release.

This role functions as a key execution layer within the product organization, managing backlogs with growing autonomy and escalating strategic questions to product managers

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience owning features or defined workstreams within a product delivery environment.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and backlog management.

Responsabilidades

• Own defined features, enhancements, or workstreams from discovery through delivery under an established product strategy.
• Translate business and user needs into clear, well-structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and refine product backlogs to ensure items are prioritized, scoped, and delivery-ready.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and support efficient delivery.
• Participate actively in discovery activities to understand user workflows, pain points, and constraints.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and open questions, escalating appropriately to Product Managers.
• Support release planning and coordination to ensure smooth rollout of features and enhancements.
• Track and report on delivery progress, usage signals, and early adoption indicators.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform backlog refinement and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Operations to ensure adherence to standards, tooling, and reporting practices.
• Operate effectively within a global delivery model, collaborating across regions and time zones.

• AI & Automation Specialization
• Support definition and delivery of AI-enabled or automation features under guidance from Product Managers
• Translate AI use cases into clear backlog items, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready requirements
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to clarify model inputs, outputs, and integration requirements
• Support testing and validation of AI-enabled features, including edge cases and quality considerations

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

• English level B2+
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or closely related roles
• Demonstrated experience owning features or defined workstreams within a product delivery environment
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured, delivery-ready requirements
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and iterative development
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Product Operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide concise status and risk updates

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting internal or enterprise products in a professional services environment
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or data-driven product capabilities
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar product delivery platforms
