Job summary

Oracle seeks a Principal Sales Consultant in Colombia to lead presales activities, craft technical and functional solutions, and demonstrate value to customers. You will act as a mentor for other consultants, develop tools and training, and guide the full technical sales process while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex architectures and ROI.

Qualifications

• Lead presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers.
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
• Develop and deliver Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead all aspects of the technical sales process and advise clients on architectural solutions.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and lead presales activities to win large or complex sales opportunities.
• Provide direction and specialist knowledge on applying technology to client business.
• Present demonstrations and benchmarks to facilitate customer product understanding.
• Mentor and guide other Sales Consultants throughout the sales cycle.
