Ramp seeks a Product Marketing Manager, New Products, to partner with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages. You will shape audience, positioning, and the commercialization motion, owning the business read for the product—from problem to adoption and growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define ICP, messaging, and the launch sequence, driving pipeline and retention through a repeatable, AI-augmented process.

Formación

• 6+ years in B2B software product marketing or related GTM function.
• Experience taking a product from discovery through launch and adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Shape early product strategy with customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Own product narrative, positioning, and proof points for market adoption.
• Lead end-to-end launches with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement zero-to-one GTM and adoption plans.
