Katapult Labs is seeking a Product Manager to lead a consumer-facing application for a founding-stage partner in a fast-moving 0-to-1 environment. You will own the product vision, work with a design lead and full-stack builders, and focus on growth, engagement and virality to delight millions of end users.

We value advanced English, strong product taste, and a hands-on, technically capable PM who can ship features beyond backlogs.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing (B2C) applications with high user engagement.
• Advanced conversational English; all collaboration happens in English.
• Strong product taste and design sensibility; comfortable partnering with design.
• Passionate about technology and building things with AI; some technical capability to develop features.
• Experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude or PostHog to track engagement, funnels, and virality.
• Comfort operating in a 0-to-1 environment with a non-technical founding team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a true delivery lead, not just a backlog manager.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision and roadmap for a consumer-facing application from early stage onward.
• Act as delivery lead, coordinating closely with a design lead and full-stack builder(s).
• Define and prioritize features that drive engagement, retention, and virality.
• Translate a non-technical founding team's ideas into clear, buildable product direction.
• Use product analytics to understand user behavior and guide iteration.
• Bring strong design sensibility to every product decision, ensuring a polished and intentional experience.
