Sezzle is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to join a lean, hands-on team that shapes growth strategy across shopper-facing products. You’ll own lifecycle marketing from discovery through iteration, partnering with Product, Data, Design, and Marketing Communications to turn insights into measurable growth.

You’ll work with a Gen Z lens, translating category strategy into compelling positioning and messaging, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and execution.

Formación

• 1–2 years of Product Marketing, Growth, or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience using Claude or similar LLM tools to boost productivity and research.
• Clear, concise communicator who can simplify complexity into insights.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to apply them to work.

Responsabilidades

• Own product marketing for assigned products across lifecycle: Discover, Plan, Launch, Learn, Scale.
• Translate category strategy into product-specific positioning and messaging.
• Develop and execute GTM plans across in-app surfaces and channels.
• Monitor adoption and engagement post-launch; identify risks and iteration opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing Communications, Data, Design, and Eng to drive impact.
