Sutherland is seeking a Project Manager in Bogotá to lead end-to-end project delivery for external clients. You will manage scope, schedule, cost and quality, while addressing risks and communicating with stakeholders across a global team.

The role requires strong English communication and experience in software delivery environments. This hybrid Bogotá position offers onboarding and opportunities for professional growth within a large multinational IT solutions provider.

Formación

• 5+ years PM experience leading teams in a matrix environment; international clients required.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC as a project manager for external clients.
• Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers.
• Proven ability to form strong customer relationships and manage budgets.
• Proficient communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of a project or program of projects including scope, time, cost, quality, HR and communications.
• Lead risk management, issue mitigation and stakeholder management across internal/external forums.
• Act as single point of contact for assigned projects and customer representation.
• Develop roadmaps, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage project-related revenue and forecast; ensure delivery on time and budget.
