Sutherland is looking for Project Managers to oversee the planning and delivery of IT solutions with NICE Software Solutions. The role requires managing project scope, timelines, and quality while leading multicultural teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in project management, particularly with international clients, and a strong grasp of software lifecycle processes. This position offers a hybrid work model in Bogotá.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 Years of experience as a PM leading teams.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC.
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of projects including scope, time, and quality management.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Provide feedback on team performance and project results.

Conocimientos

Advanced English proficiency (B2 or Higher)

Managed complex and dynamic projects

Ability to form strong customer relationships

Strong business acumen

Educación

Bachelor or Master’s degree in systems engineering or related fields
