One Sutherland in Bogotá is seeking a Project Manager to lead software solutions implementations for multinational clients. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and leveraging a formal PM methodology to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires strong communication in English, ability to manage risks and stakeholders, and a track record of complex software projects in a consulting or software environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of PM experience leading teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience with international clients is required.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC as a PM.
• Proven ability to manage complex external projects.
• Proven ability to form strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of a project or program including scope, time, quality, and communications.
• Manage initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases.
• Define project plans, monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Manage project scope changes and team motivation.
• Act as single point of contact for assigned projects and customers.
• Develop roadmaps and long-range plans to maximize ROI.
• Manage issues, risks and revenue forecasting.
