Sutherland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives for multinational clients. You will direct scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with global teams to deliver value.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and roadmaps development within NICE Software Solutions’ client programs. Strong English communication is required.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of PM leadership experience in a matrix environment, with international clients.
• Experience managing projects for consulting or software organizations delivering solutions to external clients.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC as a project manager (discovery, design and development).
• Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers.
• Proven ability to manage large and simultaneity projects.
• Proven experience managing IT, Telephony, Software projects.
• Proven ability to form strong customer relationships.
• Proven ability to span business and technical issues.
• Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
• Strong business acumen and revenue forecast management.
• Budget management.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of a project or program of projects including Scope, Time, Quality, Communications, Procurement and Stakeholder Management.
• Define project tasks and prepare project plans; monitor and communicate progress.
• Manage project scope and scope changes; motivate and guide the project team.
• Act as single point of contact for assigned projects; represent NICE/Business Unit in forums.
• Provide feedback on performances and lessons learned; contribute to PM methodology improvements.
• Report on project status to stakeholders; oversee revenue forecasting and management.
