The role requires organization, collaboration, and a solutions-driven mindset, with stakeholders across time zones. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence at least 3 days per week in Bogotá.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in global environments.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, from initiation through completion.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver results.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and build strong relationships to support project success.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
