Sutherland Global is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead client projects from initiation to closing in a hybrid Bogotá setting. You will coordinate scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management while guiding cross-functional teams across global accounts.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience, experience with international clients, strong English communication, and a PMP is desirable; Bachelor's or Master’s in systems-related fields.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of PM experience leading teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience with international client projects.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC as a PM.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Proficient communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of a project or program including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk and stakeholder management.
• Define project tasks, prepare plans, monitor progress and communicate updates.
• Manage project scope changes and motivate the team.
• Act as single point of contact for clients and internal/external forums.
• Develop roadmaps with clients to maximize ROI and resolve issues proactively.
• Report on status and revenue forecasts and update management systems.
