You will shape strategy, identify opportunities through data and insights, and build business cases with cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product analytics, growth, loyalty or related roles.
• Hands-on product experience collaborating with product and technical teams.
• Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets with ability to build business cases.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of cohort analysis, retention, frequency and CLV.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and structured problem-solving.
