Job summary

DiDi is seeking a Driver Growth Operations analyst to help accelerate expansion in Spanish Speaking LatAm. This data-driven role blends user-centric thinking with analytical rigor to launch and run DiDi’s driver growth initiatives in LATAM.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design incentives, track national performance, and scale solutions across multiple countries, while growing the DiDi driver network in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuary or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to transform insights into business decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python/R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement initiatives to acquire new drivers using data-driven decision making.
• Manage launches of incentives, projects, communications and product developments for driver acquisition.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, City Operations, Product) to deliver results.
