Formación

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product analytics, growth, business operations, loyalty, consulting, or a related role.
• Hands-on product experience with product and technical teams to identify problems, define requirements and evaluate results.
• Strong analytical capabilities with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets; Python or R and AI tools are valued but not required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with ability to communicate insights to technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of customer behavior and performance measurement, including retention and frequency.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and interpreting results.
• Business judgment and structured problem-solving; strong stakeholder management.
• Ownership and execution discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategy for your products or programs and develop a roadmap with key teams.
• Own performance for your passenger cohort: monitor retention, ride frequency, engagement, and program adoption.
• Develop business cases, estimate costs and returns, and articulate assumptions behind investments.
• Translate insights into product improvements with Product and Design.
• Lead cross-functional execution across multiple teams and surface risks early.
• Design and evaluate experiments, hypotheses, and pilots to drive incremental improvements.
• Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
