Split Rocket is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to own strategy, execution, and profitability for a portfolio of e-commerce accounts with $200K+ monthly ad spend. The role requires leading client calls in English, mentoring junior buyers, and delivering forecasts, tests, and growth strategies.

The position is fully remote, based in Latin America, Europe, or Canada, with US Eastern business hours. Advanced English (C1/C2) is mandatory, and experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok ads is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on media buying.
• Managed combined ad budgets above USD 200,000/month.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Forecast spend, revenue, and ROAS using historical data.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
• Advanced Sheets/Excel, GA4, dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Build monthly spend and revenue forecasts.
• Plan and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Own ROAS, CPA, MER, budgets and audiences.
• Conduct tests for creatives, offers, landing pages.
• Analyze campaign history and brief creatives.
• Send daily client updates and lead weekly strategy calls.
• Own GA4, Meta CAPI, server-side tracking and Shopify revenue reconciliation.
• Build dashboards and forecasts from source data.
• Mentor junior buyers.
