Lean Solutions Group in Medellín (On-site) is seeking a Senior Dispatcher to coordinate and track shipments in real time, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries while resolving issues promptly.

The role requires 4–5 years in logistics, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for someone comfortable with TMS and Excel and who can manage ad hoc carrier arrangements.

Formación

• 4–5 years of experience in logistics/transportation.
• Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues independently.
• Strong judgment on when to escalate a situation.
• Proficient in quoting, booking, and securing coverage for ad hoc shipments.
• Experience handling complex situations with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide real-time location updates for shipments (Track & Trace).
• Confirm on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly.
• Price, quote, and secure carrier capacity for ad hoc shipments.
• Manage shipment documentation (BOLs, PODs, and more).
• Maintain accurate shipment data in TMS and Excel.
