Apex IT is expanding its Colombia presence and seeks a Tier 2 Product Owner for Oracle Fusion SCM and Fleet Management. You will act as the functional owner, resolve complex issues, and partner with business and IT to improve processes and shape the product roadmap.

The role offers remote within Colombia or on-site client engagements, up to 20% travel, and collaboration with international teams. English and Spanish fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science (or related field).
• At least 3 years of related experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the functional Product Owner for Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle Cloud Fleet Management.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex escalated issues and coordinate with IT and Oracle support.
• Gather requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Prioritize incidents, defects, enhancements, and support requests; contribute to backlog.
• Support the roadmap for future enhancements, integrations, and analytics.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
