Apex IT in Colombia is seeking a Product Owner for Oracle Field Service and Oracle Fusion Services to join our growing LatAm team. You’ll collaborate with global experts, prioritize the product roadmap, and drive service operations improvements across Oracle platforms.

This role offers remote/hybrid work, opportunities for professional development, and exposure to international projects while helping Apex IT establish its footprint in Colombia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in product ownership or IT projects.
• Experience with Oracle Field Service and Oracle Fusion platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead functional support, prioritize enhancements, and manage the Oracle OFS and Oracle Service product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Field Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize scheduling, dispatch, routing, and service workflows across Oracle platforms.
