Apex IT is expanding its Colombia presence and delivering Oracle Field Service Cloud and Oracle Cloud solutions to clients across LatAm. You’ll join a global team delivering end-to-end integrations, configuration, and migration services for Oracle CX, ERP, HR, and related clouds.

The Senior Consultant will design and implement integrations, build plug-ins, and lead technical efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science or related field.
• At least 4 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with ERP Cloud and HCM.
• Experience designing end-to-end integrations.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects.

Job Summary

We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia. You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting‑edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. The Oracle Field Service Cloud Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end integrations within Oracle Field Service Cloud, utilizing their in-depth knowledge of the plug‑in framework and proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, providing technical leadership, and tightly integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with Oracle Service Cloud.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end integrations in and out of Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Develop and customize plug‑ins to enhance functionality, including experience in capturing time and expenses through field service.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand integration needs and design scalable solutions.
• Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for efficient and reliable integration workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Oracle Field Service Cloud integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate Oracle Field Service Cloud with ERP Cloud and HCM Cloud systems.

Work Environment

The role may be performed remotely or on‑site at a client location, depending on project requirements. Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science or related field, or commensurate experience required.
