A leading IT consulting firm is seeking an Oracle Fusion Service Solution Architect to join their team in Colombia. This role will involve leading the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Service applications, collaborating with global experts, and driving innovation in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. The position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options.

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Service Solution Architect/Consultant

Reports to: LATAM VicePresident

Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia. You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Service applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Service, Customer Experience (CX), and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules. This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge, solution design capabilities, and leadership in guiding development teams and business stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of Oracle Fusion Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Oversee and guide the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Service and related CX modules.
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Service and other enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
• Develop and enhance custom applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UX to improve user experience and functionality.
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide guidance to developers, functional consultants, and support teams to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Develop technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.

The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed. Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Service.
• Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) or Redwood UX.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Oracle Cloud Certification in Fusion Service or related CX modules.
