Apex IT is seeking a Product Owner for Oracle Field Service and Oracle Fusion Services to join our growing Colombia team. You will lead the product strategy, align with business and IT, and drive the roadmap for Oracle Field Service and Oracle Service capabilities in a remote/hybrid setup.

You will work closely with global experts, manage customer requirements, and ensure seamless integrations with related processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.
• At least 3 years of related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional support and continuous improvement across Oracle Field Service and Oracle Service capabilities.
• Support scheduling, dispatch, routing, and real-time operational visibility in Oracle Field Service.
• Manage service requests, accounts, contacts, and workflows in Oracle Service.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Field Operations, IT, and stakeholders to define needs and improve processes.
• Develop and maintain the Oracle product roadmap and prioritize enhancements.

Job Title: Product Owner Oracle Field Services & Oracle Fusion Services

Reports to: LATAM Vice President

Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia. You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. The Product Owner – Oracle OFS & FFS is responsible for managing and continuously improving Oracle Field Service and Service capabilities, partnering with business and IT teams to optimize service operations, prioritize enhancements, and drive the product roadmap.

Essential Functions:

• Lead functional support, process stabilization, enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives across Oracle Field Service and Oracle Service capabilities.
• Support key Oracle Field Service processes, including scheduling, dispatch, routing, mobile workforce management, technician assignment, route optimization, SLA management, parts coordination, service completion, reporting, and real-time operational visibility.
• Support Oracle Service capabilities, including service request management, customer communications, account and contact management, standardized service workflows, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Partner closely with Service Operations, Field Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to understand business needs, resolve functional issues, stabilize processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate and prioritize enhancements based on business needs, operational impact, service delivery requirements, and overall business value.
• Support cross-functional process alignment and ensure Oracle solutions effectively integrate with related business processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain the Oracle Field Service and Service product roadmap, including enhancements, integrations, automation, reporting, and future capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, workforce efficiency, operational visibility, and customer experience through Oracle functionality and process optimization.
• Ensure Oracle solutions align with overall business objectives, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional process design.

• Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.

• Conduct performance evaluations, delivering timely and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development.

The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity.
